Fruitcake
A brandy-soaked spice cake with dried almonds, pineapple, papaya and other dried fruits. A customer favorite.
Marzipan Stollen
A Traditional German holiday bread with almonds and dried fruit, dusted with powdered sugar. A holiday classic.
Bûche de Noël
A traditional French Christmas dessert also known as a "Yule Log". A chocolate chiffon roll filled with light rum flavored Italian buttercream and decorated with fudge frosting, fresh cranberries and meringue mushrooms. Decadent!
Chocolate Mousse Torte
Velvety chocolate mousse with a fudge cake bottom layer, sides crusted with toasted, ground hazelnuts and topped with toasted Swiss meringue!
